C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
6 g# ]0 W. }+ A, M. ]5 \6 RDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
  b2 k0 F* w$ f4 l•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
7 I/ s& U/ Q3 }4 u; E6 M8 `•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
" ]7 q. x7 e8 x4 q2 _$ [( \- ?! [; f* E•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
! A; ^: M& w' [8 ]( i/ E% Q•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
' _$ F9 ^* p4 [$ b% c, U•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
Mandatory Requirements:
, \4 i/ s! H- W& A$ g5 x•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
' n' L. h: p: b3 ~- y+ i•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
+ i0 ]/ N: q% n# a8 p•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
% M# }& f5 r+ _5 ^•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
* \. M' S" H  b, E$ w•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
