C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
& G+ _6 X4 u) C7 H! ]+ t•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
  d' P* E  w9 k  B' x•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
# K8 z% _0 d: T; [•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
5 N. J4 P7 h7 ?& N0 x•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
* O3 ~; J/ l* t+ X$ O•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
. M' b7 g. c, Z" V; N•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
% ~" K# D( W) _+ n•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
4 h# A* M2 M7 ^' \•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
1 o8 f' Z+ ?& e7 G) Y% b5 RMandatory Requirements:
- d; \1 u, P: m4 d•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
2 d0 L  N  ]( T& y% x( m•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
  z- B* K! N7 N; k/ C•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
5 @/ \. U9 Y1 P% \; E* C+ p; \0 T•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
+ y6 i- d' x4 u: ]+ o5 s•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
