C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
% M, c: F! }, \- f! N* p7 t8 G$ a. J•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
/ B" r  [* [% M; o" Z- [3 Q3 u•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
! y! G7 y7 D0 a# v- C: o•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
# }( v+ L, s3 U9 k) ]•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
/ I2 y* g+ V3 K) k, }/ z% h•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
4 K& h" O5 O- KMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
+ D$ ?  b8 i# i1 ~5 Q8 F; u•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
! W1 O- H( ^/ N  ~7 }+ d•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
' D/ u$ W, O' v% C0 g8 u- W•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
% `& ]" ]. b4 k: J% |: ~•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
$ _3 }$ r% l& Z1 a7 X; I•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
! m/ w) f. Q0 E  c$ ?5 @•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
