C# Systems Analyst

C# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
8 g& Y8 {* _1 Q+ U2 u•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
2 P) c: G9 C0 ~8 s7 U$ u4 |% {3 K; h•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
( `8 W  E$ \! E! o& _•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
1 Q( u& C5 q3 M( m•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
8 W6 _7 b3 R9 _# w•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
+ I  |8 J# i5 y& B# p/ q& V•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
) q: ~& P) k6 J•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
% C( v" F6 f& I: Y0 kMandatory Requirements:
3 V' O1 f1 {8 k. f! |•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
* s& j9 A" U! q- Z) O( H•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
1 Z* h9 r' j5 B5 j3 `/ C•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
) N( c" |% P& N3 X- ADesirable Requirements:
) W+ C7 e+ a4 U6 b* d: q1 G- q•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
' b  r9 ^; S# f' s" a  Z1 ~' N•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
