C# Systems Analyst

6 s/ S6 [! N8 F$ Y) FC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
Duties:
$ ?. i5 O3 W; ?- ]& T# f•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
3 D+ L* X2 T. l•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
3 C/ m8 m/ |1 p- H' }•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
$ c/ E0 m2 s0 `! w1 a1 D0 t•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
3 n2 L# @6 ~+ _•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
4 a- P. }2 c& R, q5 P& ~: Z•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
3 h9 k5 y" I7 a•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
, A' L. _! E/ m; E2 D•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
" S- ~7 }+ X# `1 J4 u1 u; s0 N•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
' L& r% N0 ~4 Z+ S# x& \! ]7 @" O•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
. f( P6 k1 k; CMandatory Requirements:
4 \4 d' C# Y+ M+ ]- L8 t•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
" W8 a7 K* e! A, \6 i•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
& f; w1 t% G  |( G•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
8 ]) V9 t2 q+ x* Z•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
& ~* N5 ]% n9 ]7 |: _Desirable Requirements:
# z6 \* e6 C6 B1 v•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
•        6 years of experience plus a degree or diploma
