% i! m; ?4 m! I6 MC# Systems Analyst - The resource(s) will be responsible for development, maintenance, testing and support of applications and interfaces accessing desktop and web applications.
$ E( c0 `" r2 C9 r& u8 c( n3 gDuties:
•        Gathering and documenting requirements;
•        Leading and/or facilitating requirements sessions with business users;
•        Performing detailed analysis and design of proposed application changes;
4 k% Z/ G9 J; s•        Performing program modifications and enhancements with minimal direction;
•        Providing impact analysis of proposed business changes on the application, in terms of development effort and processing;
•        Developing and executing test cases and scenarios and documenting expected and actual outcomes;
/ t) D# b3 p* w1 h; v•        Leading a subset of the larger team in a particular short term enhancement effort;
. k# V5 K( j# [% k8 b9 J•        Developing programs to extract or convert data for use elsewhere;
0 ?/ |5 D! y: e3 V1 s: H4 h9 K( [, n2 C•        Providing on-call support on an as-needed basis;
) E$ I. |% Y- ~, B) e+ j•        Developing and maintaining application documentation; and
•        Using modeling techniques for data, process and business design.
7 D# S0 e: B& C$ D. oMandatory Requirements:
•        3 years of experience as an analyst designing and/or developing large mission critical applications.
( |) t7 L1 ^2 V$ m•        4 years of experience gathering & formally documenting requirements and performing detailed analysis and design of N-tier distributed applications using object oriented design techniques.
9 s$ H# W) C/ I•        3 years of experience leading or facilitating user requirement / application design sessions with business clients.
•        3 years of experience working in a team environment with 3 or more developers.
•        3 years of experience with formal change management procedures.
•        3 years of experience developing SQL queries and stored procedures for an MS SQL Server database.(Oracle can be substituted for one year of MS SQL)
•        3 years of experience building applications using C# with the .NET framework.(Java can be substituted for one year of C#)
Desirable Requirements:
•        Experience creating artifacts using Rational Unified Process (RUP).
