This role is responsible for the following activities representing site: 3 F! r# a R S8 R. ~4 \
• First line SPI support for site personnel as it pertains to all SPI databases representing the operating Plants; this includes interfacing with Nexen Corporate SPI 2nd line support
" P5 U: {) C5 |4 M% ?% e8 n" X4 q' J• Provide SPI training to Operations personnel& X; p: k- t: A& r. l2 v
• Administer User Group permissions, and site user accounts
% r# m, R" r0 h: \+ Y• SPI Redline incorporation (As-Building) of Instrument Index, Instrument Datasheets, Instrument Loop Drawings, Instrumentation Panel Strip Reports, and Foundation Fieldbus Segments( i5 `% A7 L9 C3 m* |; |
• Assist Instrument Engineering with preparation of engineering packages including assigning & approval of tag numbers, and generation of loop drawings, data sheets & wiring diagrams

• Adherence to the Corporate data handling and storage practices as it pertains to Instrumentation deliverables8 d5 G, r! J5 e7 M/ |, b, j
• Site governor of Nexen SPI Corporate standards, procedures, workflows, and guidelines. Taking direction from the Corporate SPI Administrator2 w A7 {* t- j
• Site coordinator for SPI data dissemination for maintenance and operations concurrent projects. Interfacing with the Nexen Corporate SPI Administrator to ensure Projects have timely access to the required data.& X) y, d5 U* e _% X3 ?

• Must have a minimum of 5 years hands on experience as a Designer working in INtools/SPI
" ?* L3 c0 A* p1 H• Must have a minimum of 2 years hands on experience as an INtools/SPI Administrator
/ k* Y$ d7 c& Z$ B" W' r# t• Diploma in Engineering Drafting Technology or a combination of education and experience will be considered8 L& Y$ t- }6 ~4 ]% W! f& I
• Experience with Autocad v2008 and Microstation v8 is required

• Experience working as a member of an Owner Operator organization supporting SPI is an asset. |
