% {* t, r0 B4 L7 o3 b" j' X9 USupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
- ^( `7 @+ S5 [  O/ ~/ VAssign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
5 `) P" ]+ v- h& N) p" Z& R: ?Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
Sell merchandise to customers
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
  q# G" R1 d2 E" x: LMaintain specified inventory and order merchandise
9 R4 ]: |9 v0 _Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff
