Receive referrals for FGC and work closely with children, families, agency staff and communities to deliver Family Group Conferences.. _7 |2 b% |7 q2 U. @( x& n0 N
/ p; `8 e6 e0 L& {Provides advice, support and training to agency staff to the appropriateness of FGC referrals, supports staff and other agencies with FGC practice, and facilitates the conferences based on agreed guidelines. These will cover preparation, planning, chairing and reviewing the conferences.; F2 ^# |6 H/ D' Y9 x. l+ E: h8 G; T

They will develop local, national and international links with other Family Group Conferences projects and ensure The Family Centre incorporates any new initiatives/research information from these projects.
