( f5 P7 v) M. ~Educational requirement:  
- N' w3 o( C3 l  ^) ^0 Q1 y5 D        University Degree, or
+ T2 l' G5 {7 a* {" i/ s* U        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
7 j% N7 B, y) i! X' U        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;

        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
+ t9 V1 F! H' k7 V( b        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
