We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

        University Degree, or
$ U1 m/ A  Q9 R* n- ^% B        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
; I$ x- ^+ ?- o; m: [6 M5 I1 ^. F        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
; x( H) Q* [# ]; d4 q  c        General building management;
( P1 d  @) B( `; y. `: r        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
