We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

! T: H2 j. H% B& Z- |5 j5 W) mEducational requirement:  
- O/ D5 z3 W8 p        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
* l2 O$ `1 n1 G# D, Q8 h. L        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

, k7 }) N2 h2 W; `Other requirements:
- b6 }+ Z8 X+ k. }3 D: z9 c        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
6 W6 q% j8 h, L) U- i        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
3 F  v# B: C" C: M! I' H+ D) N        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
