We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

Educational requirement:  
0 [$ S5 I& W& D        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
6 N" X4 @  A6 o        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

1 Z8 C- d* c" h        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
7 m' }# C4 P; F/ w        General building management;
5 _/ ^, ]1 a$ s7 F0 C        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
: \4 T' Z" d6 G) W1 ?        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
