We are hiring a Chief Administrative Officer to manage and operate our facility which consists of two towers of 190 Seniors Independent Living units in the downtown area.

3 c* K7 y- N6 p% P. Q% x6 uEducational requirement:  
/ F2 \% r: b$ N/ t, E        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
$ U8 Z0 H: D/ [' r( R8 M        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
" W( w- v/ F# _9 K! J6 Q        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
        General building management;
        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
( f' j$ h9 }0 s1 W$ g( K1 R! m        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
