Educational requirement:  
% Z* P, T: `% L0 T# a2 k9 E        University Degree, or
        Post-Secondary education  with specialization in a relevant discipline, or
        A combination of Highschool education and extensive relevant experience/specialization.

Other requirements:
1 J8 I( O0 ?. V: ?, E        Experience in working with seniors and senior services;
7 A  L: K6 R1 `% S3 f        Staff supervision and human resources experience;
        Budget preparation and financial reporting;
        Procurement and service contract management;
8 ^8 c: H, I0 {" c        General building management;
: R8 T$ m1 `7 r5 J+ g        Experience in preparing and submitting reports to various levels of government;
6 x3 ]8 G4 ?) D7 s4 }4 k+ b        Must be able to speak, read and write fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese-speaking is essential).
