Police say they got a tip Thursday night from a citizen who told them he'd been driving behind a cube van that was giving off a strong odour of marijuana.2 ^; r9 D/ X5 G% T! q
- k7 r+ ]2 b+ N" VOfficers who responded to the call said they also smelled the pot plants about half a block before they pulled over the van.
