6 o8 }% h9 ]- BSupervise and co-ordinate sales staff and cashiers
Assign sales workers to duties and prepare work schedules
Authorize payments by cheque and the return of merchandise
: K8 ^; A7 d0 c0 M( H8 RSell merchandise to customers
& C9 M, n7 H+ T5 I- Z  HResolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages
' S+ Z8 R  v& `* g# H' O$ C1 [Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
Hire and train or arrange for the training of new sales staff

Employment requirements:

        Completion of secondary school is required
5 p- p8 f; x0 X: L6 O$ |1 n) q         1- 2 years  work experience as retail salesperson
