Job Duties / Responsibilities

distributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.

• Preserves materials.

• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.( K0 N5 c" |! I0 d
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
% A1 N1 c2 E! n' q) B5 Y e• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users. ) m% [; D5 x$ |) i' h1 A! E9 J
• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
, T) W( |& h# h: T3 ?• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory. + U2 c+ I# T+ Q! M
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
3 O) D/ J' R0 J3 r• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
- v2 f- [( I- d! J) D• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
! Y8 A6 _, @- G- u• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
+ |! U. W Z0 Y) r. {• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.8 |# H) G" }3 t
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
# S7 h1 u1 V6 r0 f. M: D• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report./ q, r, R+ s2 R, m6 g H5 M
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.0 f' r5 Y- |" G! o h
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
( X1 J8 M& F v! X; ?; C4 qresolution.7 O- L$ B' T1 p9 E, n, T4 T' B
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.2 S% ^, g0 D" S; s
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
3 J; N, ~9 p+ _# Z7 s% [4 m• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
9 p+ i$ G+ S, ~, D! `" ^% l• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
! m, N/ I& U# f• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products., Y v7 g( t! x
• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
! d6 a1 g5 }. Z& j/ {- j• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups). 9 r8 _; D ?( b* t9 _1 _5 v! J
• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
& X+ K W6 `- C) M• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.; y$ u" g, F; r) P
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment " m$ J0 I1 ^. u& g" d
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned. + g! b, A* w# p. ^
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
) F" R6 N3 j* K5 i8 S! R) d• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.

• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.

Education / Experience
2 _6 N' Z/ k E3 k7 P• Grade 12 / GED. 4 i4 E" [" E5 z- Q
• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
2 W; J( R* T" m, F' G2 w) u• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
3 u+ S, a/ g$ n# ~6 K3 o* V$ G0 i• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset. # P! F2 Z) p* h8 d" {" P" [
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset. ! x7 m. U% G5 X1 _# ^1 a
• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
5 \9 I& q! C: `5 ?/ _6 _• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry. |
