• Supports company environmental, health, safety, security practices and policies.

• Ensures that health and safety standards are achieved and maintained by the warehouse team.

/ x2 d' I4 s/ L- g4 Y0 p3 Z! L• Ensures that the right goods, in right quantities, in the right condition, are delivered to the right
place (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
; L, l" {8 P7 u9 X9 C4 Y8 K• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
0 [  Z, k7 L$ K$ r8 O7 v6 g• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
% n+ g/ z- @. B3 D• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.
0 R7 o% C# D' t; s- ^7 M* q• Hands out material and ensure quality and correctness of goods.
• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
. L; c1 |8 d- q: J& |• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
5 Z* U4 _# ?3 p/ P0 l4 A# i- C  j7 e$ w• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
% D% b/ I6 a6 L; x$ |# B# \8 ?) f• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
3 r' ]0 A/ o0 |3 R) W• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
, a/ E2 H1 A7 ]; E0 r& ]• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
& Q2 A  v3 ]4 `6 p• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
9 a- ?9 v( J3 S- z• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
# W' h7 X: L$ E• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
! _3 g* o  W* @& E" [2 T4 q• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
7 w7 g* y" h) R7 t• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
7 r$ Q3 f1 n* _4 E• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
$ a4 g' K5 X! K, F# B9 A• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.

Education / Experience
• Grade 12 / GED.
5 g( A9 ~* s, E" G$ L! o• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
! {) Z" L& Y# b0 Y• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
- Q9 E) P9 w' s• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
