Job Duties / Responsibilities

' l; q7 t! x, D. z' M• Is participating member of the Material Management/Warehouse Team that receives an
% `9 O' W3 k3 n+ @8 C. vdistributes material and tools in a timely and cost-effective manner.

* a; u  X+ \/ Mplace (person), at the right time, for the right cost.
• Preserves materials.
• Reports to the warehouse supervisor who is responsible for the to day operating activities within the warehouse.
• Participates in special projects and continues improvement initiatives.
" R" _: T; c) Z• Receipts of goods to ensure quality and correctness In vendor shipments.
• Complete all shipping and receiving records for incoming and outgoing consignments of goods including T.D.G.
• Ensures materials are inspected and received into inventory, issues materials on an ad hoc basis to end users.

8 J( k# a& r8 X2 }' B• Maintains accurate inventory records to optimize material inventory.
' v; A4 d, N2 Y' ~( j• Manages bar code labeling process and ensures all materials received are issued a bar code label.
) S5 z5 \' v0 n; g# {/ G$ o6 |• Conducts warehouse and yard activities to ensure that all materials received or issued have documentation and that this documentation properly processed within company SAP system.
8 @1 K5 v% o7 p5 s" j$ C+ w2 _• Reports of shortages, damages and deficiencies in timely manner.
• Works together with other warehouse team members , planners, maintenance team, vendors and transportation companies to assure that materials at site meet timelines and schedules.
7 [! V* G& d: N- m• Runs SAP reservation orders and picks and stages materials for pick-up by end user.
: U# @& A+ G2 A; f9 Y/ d1 C( F• Provides SAP transactional support to end users as required.
1 Y- R' t  `7 f- Z, I6 `# y• Arranges for SAP to Plant transfers as identified by the re-order report.
• Reconciles and resolves inventory transaction variances in SAP.
• Forwards Material Master Description variances to Inventory Control coordinator in Calgary for
resolution.
• Identifies material standardization opportunities and proposes changes with end user.
• Ensures documentation is completed for processing repair and return materials.
$ T% D( U$ Z5 K4 m+ o1 b0 V5 b+ T. ^• Manages the issue and return of tools from the Tool Crib.
+ [' y' V% t6 J: U2 B• Inspects tools returned to Tool Crib, sends tools out for repair or initiates replacement for tools that are not in good working order.
' K0 I" t# O1 x: ?• Is familiar with MSDS standards for handling of hazardous products.
& V# X- Z5 D6 \# V% k• Ensures all issue counter transactions are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  t6 u2 G& r9 |4 t! A6 g7 |  ?• Establishes and maintain cooperative, respectful and effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work. (Various Site Team and Groups).
; e( R9 X! D; t• Acts as a first line of contact for expediting delivery of goods.
• Ensures that all items are stored safely, accurately and securely.
• Assists warehouse supervisor as required in review of MRP re-order reports for inventory replenishment
• Manages schedules, deadlines and accountabilities as assigned.
• Assists in inventory analysis process, in the performance of audits, cycle counting and stock checking of inventory.
• Has ability to rotate within all Warehouse Positions as required. Provide support (training, practices and procedures) to the warehouse team members.
1 s' b$ E6 S8 M% _• Aids in the facilitation of process streamlining and implementation of effective material management solutions.
• Performs other Assignments or Project work as required.


" f+ I5 Q0 W" c9 Y4 ]( ^5 nEducation / Experience
  g/ J' z/ R: Y/ Q* p# y- }• Grade 12 / GED.
1 H2 D/ w! a: B8 ~6 p. J, T* I• Must have working knowledge of SAP Material Management module, MS Word & Excel.
• Excellent Interpersonal communication skills, verbal and written.
• Warehouseman¿s trades certification an asset.
# @# ^; n/ d* Z& r. Q• Oil and Gas material experience an asset.
8 I" D% o. g. @6 a1 V6 f, x• MSDS, TDG, WHIMS training is required.
• 2-5 years warehousing and materials experience preferably in the Oil and Gas industry.
