+ A/ L7 X+ r7 ~You can call it the Patriotic Retirement Plan:! S% I5 k. l* e2 ^" Y2 M0 b
# z* J+ E) E( n4 B) E& {5 L2 H' XThere are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force.; f' n# p6 t$ T5 j s& Q
, z4 e& V( ]" K) v" S+ qPay them $1 million apiece severance for early retirement with the
7 O, Z8 N- U# V1 l) h1 ufollowing stipulations:

Auto Industry fixed.
