There are about 40 million people over 50 in the work force.: o( w1 v5 \+ v& Z3 m

Pay them $1 million apiece severance for early retirement with the" w1 M( u& ]# E6 w
following stipulations:

5 o/ Q& [2 q. w% @, _1) They MUST retire. Forty million job openings -
* O. y/ S! Q) C( i6 e8 T- c3 ]Unemployment fixed.

2) They MUST buy a new American CAR. Forty million cars ordered-" C5 r3 G' y3 r0 z( u. j0 O
Auto Industry fixed.

3) They MUST either buy a house or pay off their mortgage-
