There is no National Park in Windsor, Ont.2 b4 O4 d4 r' D8 z( y: k
Point Pelee National Park is southeast of Windsor about an hour, near Wheatley, Kingsville and Leamington Ont.
' I1 e/ Q1 D( S( k$ kIt is the Southernmost land point of Canada , and other than group camping, is a day use park only.

The National Butterfly count takes place August 8th, and you can pre-register your family to take part, lots of fun for the kiddies (Too Late). p. s% |+ P3 W+ y* z0 e
Great hiking, guides, canoe tours and rentals, bike rentals and the butterfly migration is something to see.4 ^1 e2 _- Q! j& _- Q
The ferry to Pelee Island only runs from Kingsville this year, not from Leamington in case your interested in going on the winery tours and hikes there.
