A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. This is a position that requires strong customer service skills, as it works collaboratively with staff and volunteers to provide the best possible information and assistance.) A- E. Reception

• Answer multi line telephone system
$ Z$ K7 U% O) O( F0 E1 [* B& q5 h% s• Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
1 W! a5 I% e$ S! v: v' L" Y4 `' ^• Arrange courier services for all departments
# g" f; V3 l6 N• Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Receive sort and distribute mail and packages; post outgoing mail& O* P; l r% Q0 w
• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries1 R6 j' R$ C. {
• Provide clerical support (e.g. word processing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, e-mailing, printing labels, mail-outs, and filing) to all departments of the agency G7 e+ B) E1 X; o; \8 t
• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration
8 H6 G( x1 p4 N% U• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers & a/ u) w) t8 G7 T4 D
• Create monthly staff bulletin and prepare for distribution
^; [& N% |1 s7 @' o8 r• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments 9 j9 f. y) o( E3 T
• Assemble and forward information packets as requested

Registrar
9 D+ I% F" c" W) s% v1 w) A• Accept and process registrations for participants or attendees at various special events and staff training- \! a' z l* C8 E) F, z
• Process payments for ticket orders and registrations4 N! D7 T) N; V& `. X3 V4 v
• Assist YoWoChAs Outdoor Education Registration as required

$ R# k# Q/ ]' H' Q: [: u F• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures
. o* B! ?! v% a) u# }• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
' S; H9 w8 c& W• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset+ L" I3 i. G9 v0 q% R. l
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills % `* X- f+ O3 z& z8 W/ ~
• Mindful of need for accuracy, detail and discretion& f; N! U% G0 Q0 a
• Able to interact in a positive manner with diverse population
