A sound understanding of overall activity of the agency is essential. • Oversee Y-Knit program; provide support to its volunteers

• Sort and distribute mail and deliveries

• Update and maintain databases as assigned, including those for Fund Development and Administration6 v4 q+ q! o1 _( C
• Assist with task management for administrative volunteers

• Assist Business department with weekly bank deposit and processing payments

• Minimum 2 years office experience in areas related to office reception, and office procedures
7 F& ]7 W, Q$ q( N x H, o• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.2 `: M* E- p( w" m! o5 D
• Skill in Desktop publishing is an asset
