Recently learned from this forum, a lot of people have been looking for/viewing/purchasing a house, wonder if everyone knows, other than location, sq footage and age, there are other factors that make a house priced differently from the rest. Hope someone will share what they know. I think it would help those who are in the hunting process.

2. garage w/concrete foundation vs. those w/footings.9 W: |2 S" {- F9 p
3. wider stairs vs. standard one (36"). ( j7 ?: }1 {' j7 k& m$ `4. Steeper roof pitch vs. normal roof. 7 [3 M) s, }6 A7 A5. Cathedral ceiling vs. 8 ft ceiling. . A7 A, ~; y7 X' a0 G/ B6. .................
A all hardwood flooring may not be practical, new products are coming out everyday, cork flooring may be another option; more nice designs/patterns show up in the recent 2 years.
