Key Responsibilities Include:
+ b( F: H ~! K4 D- o! c2 Y0 |Activity Planning and Daily Activity- R0 F3 s( b1 z3 ?. @
• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.* G' I1 h9 a8 L
• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring.
2 R. Y- m3 U4 V) f& O2 X4 S• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball, / g3 d. I1 y) W* h5 |! G; |
• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.% y8 u' d9 R# k4 j; e, F% I! G, i
• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
8 H4 ]; U, ^) M( u• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.0 [9 x. c; g w; V* h+ S; ?/ w

• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting3 v( u+ ]. \, I3 H8 n
• Experience with children: A, c- p8 n9 v7 ?, {# Z# a3 Q. g
• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth : U, o! l& v0 z* G* }" I4 F0 X
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.# V: y' r2 W/ \; Y- g" k
• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.2 F' Q6 L& u. E" K
• Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources& h! r, u; I! v# j
• Documentation of a clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check
' R$ ~3 {6 Y1 R( ?3 C7 B• Documentation of a clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check * t u. p( m: o' D" C: l: Y7 C
