2 Multicultural Summer Camp Program Students
1 V5 @( Y# x- D' c7 U% M(10 week @ 35 hours a week contract. Must be returning to school)

Activity Planning and Daily Activity! O6 r! d2 \$ F- i2 O
• Assist in planning, organizing and relevant activities for children and youth to explore new avenues including leadership & life skills, recreation, and their cultural community that enhance their resilience, relationship building and leadership.
) r1 E; p% @/ V3 b5 E2 s' [0 L• Participate in the delivery of all programs in the areas of crafts, sports and tutoring.
& p- i G# f7 L- [( x! k# n9 G• Participate in and lead sporting activities; know and have the ability to apply game rules for basketball, soccer and volleyball,
* X- D0 M* f& F8 Z4 r3 p' O• Provide proper supervision in all activities to ensure the safety of the program participants.
0 \/ y+ [; }1 o; O• Supervise the children and youth at breakfast and lunch time.
# k0 k- s# o$ f& c' l3 D3 y1 J2 K! I: Q• Help to maintain housekeeping standards by ensuring all program facilities are left clean after each activity and each meal.

The successful candidate will have:
* E% |7 t# J) B, k• The enthusiasm and ability to work with a variety of ages of youth in a group setting
/ p- C0 g. p6 z2 d, _3 ?, {, K• Experience with children$ Z. N* y3 H+ A3 g8 y3 D
• Demonstrated knowledge of sporting, activity planning for youth 2 A$ I+ u$ N- |
• Knowledge the English language and the ability to support math tutoring.
9 }& Z, ?* m7 k7 ]• Ability to manage time effectively and be results oriented.8 E, _7 |. a+ d/ h7 h: O+ I+ y
• Knowledge of children’s activities and community resources
0 S- z q" R5 u, f0 x5 j• A clear CYIM (Child & Youth Information Management) check 8 j; G# A% d6 Y" r. q8 d7 ?
• A clear vulnerable sector Security Clearance check 3 d- ^' [3 s- ^5 n6 Y y
