7月9日，早晨坐飞机到LA ， 中午开车4个小时350公里到 lone pine, CA，camping at Lone Pine or Whitney portal. 8 ~2 g, z% c3 P$ \( k0 y! t

7 月10日 走 mount whitney trail. From whitney portal (2548m) to trail camp(3700m). distance 10.1km. 爬升 1100米 早休息，尽量避免高山反应。 4 U0 s0 w7 G: m" g! z

7月11日，早起， 上午登顶mount whitney, distance 8km, 爬升800米(4500m)。中午短暂休息后，下撤，避免下午的storm, 出trail. 当天在lone pine休整， 住motel 或camping at onion valley.

2 Rae lakes loop (through kearsarge pass) (如果从king's canyon 走开车得绕5个小时） - v, S" O' `" S: U

7月12日，Drive to onion valley（50km 1hour) (if live in motel) or start from onion valley, cross Kearsarge Pass, and stay at charlotte lake. Distance 16km. 爬升700米左右
