刚收到apegga 的信件，告知要考98-CS-3 management Concepts for Engineers.不知有没有同学考过这种考试，请提供以下信息。多谢。

When did you submit your Application?

# K' |' n7 U# u1 Z! G; D0 WMine has not got any response yet: I submitted in Aug 2008. Reference check in Aug. I passed the NPPE in Oct 08. So far has no response yet.
