If you go to sleep around 1:00am, then, what time do you get up? & R' D6 X( q1 c1 S9 z , c9 @% j% j* g, uFor me, if I can go to bed before 12:00, then, I can say I go to bed earlier. and I usually get up before 6:00am. I sleep 4 or 5 hours per day.
