Usually, travel agencies process refund need to take 3 or 4 weeks or later. But remeber buy ticket with a licensed travel agency is very important ! Don;t buy tickets from a personal or NO - licensed agent. ' {& x( V* r# d" }! I6 v1 z+ w! g* B" V4 U# r! f
