BIRTH CONTROL PEER GROUP TRAINING
/ q- j! f+ b4 V( V2 g: G

This is a peer group training where women will learn more about Birth Control Methods and Fertility, for your own knowledge or to pass on to peers in the community.

5 j  Q. w3 ~7 a. C+ b: W' [These small groups (5-8 women) consist of 3 sessions, 2 hours per session.  These groups can take place at an agency you may already be connected with or at the OPTIONS office.

        Natural Birth Control Methods
   Barrier Methods
6 l* v/ ?0 t* _& F   Hormonal Methods
                IUD & IUS  and  Surgical Methods
* E6 m4 J+ f; o$ D, |3 {( K                Community Resources and Sexual and Reproductive Rights in
                 Canada

        These service is free and no immigrant or refugee status is necessary.
