Key Responsibilities:
: F3 R8 O2 V; ~8 c" v- z To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
# y- m( p2 w  m8 W& l1 y: G8 j6 _ To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
/ i- T: R$ ]" |( P; p To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
0 @9 r: n7 e" C# w Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
$ c% H- p: Y$ B2 a Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
