Housing Program Worker

$ J' v, [* o4 G2 UKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
( I$ P% n3 i8 j- J! }2 H, D To help promote the program in the community.
0 }; G% G7 S+ Z0 f# F4 G3 S7 u" o To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
$ }- A( z! }" B0 B! d! R; v' F To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
9 Z4 t- R& U# ?+ J! I9 A To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

# {# z3 i: l% {+ X- \: i6 h% kQualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
  F- \0 ~: \, F- M4 T 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
" X+ t: w% n, Q/ L( ]/ t Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
