Key Responsibilities:
3 [- Z. l* M- Q To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
- G/ V( P5 [; I0 o" W) m% | To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
; V0 N$ G+ i5 Y& S To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
9 `! m% f6 W9 V8 i& P To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
4 Z7 s+ S, b1 o9 z: s1 F/ ~ To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
8 J% I: @9 F5 @# X To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
& {; k; @+ u  E* b1 E 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
9 }+ @; q" k! y1 ]1 _" m% _ Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
) o; w$ r' v) ~2 R' u Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
, D3 ]' v& L" f) ]# } Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
