Key Responsibilities:
! @' J. [; m# A2 a. v7 o: I" T To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
! u: @: Y/ U+ _+ S, I To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
0 \, M9 h+ W' P% Z To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
+ U' U3 G, e' w5 l  [- ~1 M4 U To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

3 g; Z! C' Z0 \2 Z. |Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
, W# \8 U6 N7 R) N4 M& B; l Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
* f# Z% P9 ^& z3 L: B7 ? Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
