; |/ [* `3 N/ i; q  q; cKey Responsibilities:
 To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
- y8 I7 U! p6 \; g5 T+ m To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
" j1 n. c9 _5 | To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
9 l2 y7 m! T: N% a0 {5 V  o To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
6 Q9 Z* B3 n) s+ i7 T" b To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
2 `+ Q; t! c6 i  D Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
 Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
