Summer Children’s Fitness Program Co-ordinator

- Organize and facilitate summer children’s program (ages 6 to 10) with focus on physical recreation, fitness, nutrition, sports
; L7 k6 `1 n, a/ n+ r+ |- w: l/ |- Recruit children for summer program
- Provide orientation for parents
- Find sponsors to enhance program
+ u3 v7 c1 v% Z, M0 ?1 `- W4 u- Supervise volunteer(s)
9 D3 l! k8 H: X! x- Prepare final report for funding agency

Qualifications:

- D% h" n  [8 r6 x- post secondary student in Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
- good coordinating and interpersonal skills
- communication skills
- must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
0 F6 K6 ^& y& i7 d% g) e8 g4 b6 s- fluency in English, other Asian languages an asset
! F" E) T* @) f! p1 R$ r+ C3 r3 \- good computer skills
. o& [) ^# C8 z3 P( N- leadership abilities
- ability to work independently with minimal supervision
