The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department. The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators., N/ s9 R2 k# j

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload. The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.) S- w0 x5 e1 N- i! }: p' t5 G$ ]+ J

Job Duties/Responsibilities:
/ R3 A* z/ s6 |* ~1 }• Human Resources Management
7 B+ ]3 m3 Y6 [- Y( ^! Q• Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
6 T0 [: d( a6 _" p$ Y. m/ }0 x• Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors & X+ \" k- }# O4 U- A/ h0 J
• Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities+ A; ^) r0 A1 ^, Y5 E. h
• Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet requirements for delivery of services
$ }' c; f I( {! Q4 f# H• Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities
+ b$ h. L' N; I# }8 ]" l, f$ J/ z2 D% e
Program Delivery9 h3 ] ]8 W, ]1 N9 [
• Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
, g+ x0 ]1 }9 p6 R" W6 ?• Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes
2 e' n3 Z) Q3 d4 t1 V• Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required8 W- i( s1 I1 q% i" {4 h$ v
• Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication
# f- [; ~+ e* v; l! O+ F* c& s• Review service action plans and support programs as requested
) x |/ f5 s5 x- A1 ?• Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department4 L$ z5 H4 D! ]4 p2 [+ ^+ t
• Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program

• Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
3 p \9 y. n# v• Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review
0 \$ [6 v5 ^' K$ O( f• Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required0 a! X. j3 N* V3 ^9 z

Qualifications:
2 N F w0 v- d* S& g: o7 i+ ~7 q5 a* ]3 ~: R
• Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field& o. K9 _& F! z/ A; ~
• Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities# v5 k* f( D3 }; Q
• Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience9 G0 H. b; T% x$ M4 p/ j, k: \% Y
• Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations8 l9 y. Q1 w) A! A
• Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population0 Y- `7 v$ Q, s0 I7 p( ?& T
• Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
