The YWCA has an opportunity for an individual to make a significant difference in the Services for Persons with Disabilities department.  The Lead Program Coordinator will be an essential part of the department by mentoring a team of Program Coordinators.1 G. d3 }, y1 u. w

This position is full-time position (37.5/week) with flexible work hours to meet the needs of the department team and individual caseload.  The Lead Program Coordinator reports to the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities.+ j$ U: D- u3 A- Z0 P

/ h8 u: S5 c7 P6 d& B% DJob Duties/Responsibilities:5 F0 x7 x0 R9 b
•        Human Resources Management  ^* `9 i! ]& q) e7 n  x8 W
•        Support approximately eleven Program Coordinators in the execution of their duties and responsibilities
  @4 D6 s! F2 m+ }& X* S9 F•        Oversee the training, supervision and evaluation of department direct service staff and contractors 8 H' b# i" a$ r9 y# W$ P1 d
•        Provide coaching and leadership to assist staff in expanding their capabilities
( [% {* c2 v. E" L$ v% V•        Ensure adequate levels of staffing are maintained, in order to meet         requirements for delivery of services
) N6 f4 h, {7 E2 M1 m+ M•        Act as liaison person between Program Coordinator team and the Director of Services for Persons with Disabilities
% U7 V0 q' f# e5 ]6 p; g9 Y/ O, c. g0 A* s$ Z6 c* d, H+ p
Program Delivery" i5 b. j7 z* g' j% [) |5 X
•        Coordinate a minimal caseload of individuals in the program
1 B, }* b6 `  a9 _! o/ N•        Monitor service delivery for quality supports by providing feedback and support as needed for client intake processes0 A. _8 O& X6 f; j+ O& v
•        Ensure compliance with standards of service delivery; facilitate process for program re/certification as required. l, G5 @" a3 C+ a- g4 |
•        Review all incident reports, provide input for follow-up action and communication% E4 B9 n, Z1 J( Z
•        Review service action plans and support programs as requested' J  }+ c4 [5 l3 _1 G8 W  x
•        Ensure program policies and procedures are met and followed by department3 ^5 u; F& I0 }% M* M- Z4 d
•        Work closely with the Director to develop appropriate standards and procedures for the program
3 i/ z, n$ _! D; f6 j! b) x•        Implement service modification, as required+ ^# `1 H  s. `6 u. V  B' U+ O

Administration
$ s. Q# Y. p5 a•        Collect monthly reports from Program Coordinators and forward to the Director
% }2 |4 e/ Q7 _7 D" `2 W•        Screen external program documentation and where necessary bring to the Director for review
! P; c% O5 d. N: U4 V•        Update program files and documents are with current information and documentation, as required& c. F6 K3 j! N5 r6 o2 x

" Q# B& b5 B2 @6 |0 c# [2 S5 R$ y
•        Post Secondary education in Social Work, Rehabilitation or related human service field
$ a" M, h6 T* B. j•        Minimum of 5 years experience with individuals who have physical and/or developmental disabilities5 Y5 v6 X  V' O1 p! I0 l
•        Minimum of 4 years demonstrated management and/or supervisory experience3 j' I  s- b: }8 f% w6 e
•        Vehicle and valid driver's license is required to be able to respond to emergency situations  y  \$ y% F) q# c; [# R2 Y0 |3 ~2 h
•        Ability to interact in a positive manner with a diverse population% I: Y2 {- n3 U8 O) j1 t
•        Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office
