emerging, mid-range to established artists with an unwavering passion for film, video ' I2 { s& h9 v/ h, w; a
and media art. FAVA offers: a variety of workshops for artistic and skill development; is a

screenings; and fosters and develops a dynamic media arts community in Northern

4 q' J' { R6 N7 fJob Description: The Librarian will report to the Executive Director and work with the

well as the script, magazine and book library. / G0 g$ @) I6 o5 P3 U

Duties:
6 y: B2 r4 }2 |# w' w- Sort and catalogue the film, video and digital library
6 Z, Y9 z- B+ X5 O- Sort and catalogue scripts, magazine and books ( U; j4 E, F1 q- J" L+ H
- Implement a catalogue template for future use ; c/ V' U) S. @+ N/ I& M
- Update and develop loaning policy and procedure
" [! U8 m9 s7 s% x- c( n0 @- Enforce FAVA’s standard of use policies where applicable $ x. j5 |- ^2 C4 x. e

- Wage is $15.00 per hour, 35 hours per week 3 u, {/ x% W$ r7 a( {( o

- Strong organizational skills % C1 O( z3 y" ?$ _# v. N5 w
- Experience or training in library sciences preferred 6 L6 W1 Y3 H) t% _; l
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
