CSSA will organize a Spring Trip to Jasper from May 21 to 23, 2005.

spring at Miette Hot Springs.
* X! X- S$ q' i2 @- ]  y8 MWe will go to Jasper by mini-van rented by CSSA and driven by CSSA

5 B9 A, g4 I$ }7 R  L# UWe'll stay there for two nights. Accommodations are arranged by CSSA.

Day One
-        Ride to Jasper by mini-van.(7 people per minivan)
-        Canoeing at Jasper Park Lodge.($35 per canoe per hour and $25 per

-        Hot spring in Jasper for the evening.(Usually hot spring costs about

I can work on a group price for us. So sign up for this activity. If

not going, you could also have a little visit in Jasper town while

Day Two
-        Sight Viewing in Japer: We'll go Maligne Lake first thing in the
morning .
$ v3 I+ a. h  v8 b( X* N3 EAnd we'll do the Malign Boat Cruises.(I'll take us 90 minutes round
trip. It's
, Y" F# {( m" I$35 per adult and $17.5 per child(6-12years old)). If you haven't done

before, I strongly recommend you to do so.
! O& t" t3 A9 p$ d2 d4 E+ B2 o-        Stays the night in Jasper and no activities in day 2's evening so
that you
$ u' W4 I8 \# m! i' C: Gcould visit the town by yourself, or go to the bar and have a drink or
so.

-        Ride home in the early afternoon since we need to return the rented

-        Swim suit if you want to do Hot Spring.
-       Sun glasses and sun screen to protect your eyes and skin.

" D9 ~1 G( }) O& ]-       Bring some warm clothes since it's still cool in the mountain
in the
late May. And we also will go to the Columbia Ice Field so warm clothes

-       Wear comfort shoes cause we'll do lots of walking and of course
! F& W$ P! R4 `% ?7 Z5 J6 @) u( edrving.(But you won't need to worry about the driving).
-       We won't take care of the food for you, but we'll stop at
places where
( k, q7 \3 W# lthere are food at lunch or dinner hour, so you could have something to
eat.
% T9 ^* ^! ^" U* e8 f6 _( D! vFeel free to bring your own food. (Like instant noodles.) (There is an
& J6 E5 [" r- b$ s- `$ L3 M" EIGA in
& {9 |' [9 a" p, i$ r9 w( ^Jasper, so you could always buy food there if you need.)

Hot Spring ticket was about $6 in total according to last year's price.
Canoeing is $35 per canoe per hour, $25 per half an hour.

When we come back from the trip, according to the expenses we'll return
