The remains of a man reported missing in early March were found in a wooded area near a golf course in the city's northwest yesterday afternoon.$ y3 d, b6 h/ ` R
# f* m! C* b% {; J/ @7 vPolice said the remains, discovered near 137 Avenue and 170 Street, have been identified as 54-year-old Robert Stauffer. His death is not considered suspicious.% j6 G1 z1 N( g2 e- [: C; Z0 [

Stauffer had not been seen or heard from since Jan. 24 after he attended a medical appointment. As this was not the first time he lost contact with his family, they did not report him missing until March 6.
