# \( L2 e  o+ _$ v+ aKey Responsibilities:
9 [5 z- v' r6 x- Y1 b. j To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
 To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
- B) K9 j5 K" C  r+ r To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
 To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

, S( z6 ~/ Z9 T) {Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
 Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
 Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
 Current CPR and First Aid certifications
, O5 f5 s7 d5 m8 j& l& A Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
