Key Responsibilities:
& n2 ?- Q* t+ h. q! \( P/ P To plan, organize and implement residential and housing support programs for adults and families who access the YMCA’s Transitional Housing Program.
" C  [. b% V6 \+ w: ^ To assist residents to register for on-site housing and support programs
 To help promote the program in the community.
 To provide some evening and weekend program supports.
 To supervise volunteers assigned to the program.
 To document assigned activities and prepare reports as necessary.
 To operate within the approved budget and follow all YMCA Policies and Procedures.
) X: T0 r# A: L$ i# j$ c, A To contribute as a member of our staff team in the operation of the Transitional Housing Program.

Qualifications:  (Applicants must meet all qualifications to apply)
 2 years education as a post secondary student in Human Services or Social Work
: u1 K% A7 P+ i! c Experience in human services, social housing and/or work with high needs populations.
9 Z  B+ J, T7 S# h  c) _6 d; e Well developed communication and interpersonal skills.
# X" @* r/ M6 c4 n Current CPR and First Aid certifications
3 n& J- x, C, A- c Completed, current & cleared Child Welfare Check & Police Security Clearance
