Target:        Low income families with children/youth aged 3-17 residing in Edmonton

6 y) d# ^: w- N0 ]+ n- fPlace        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
' h8 N# ~/ S, G: d- d7 CPrograms         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week
       
Remarks:
1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
8 s1 ~  _9 O* J: @# x: ~2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
, v$ q9 |! y9 j6 m- ~3 X3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization

5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day

6 h  m+ `7 I* hWe will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
