Low Cost Summer Programs Registration Day

5 a3 ?0 Q& V" o5 [* G. Z  ETime        9:30am – 11:30am
Place        ASSIST Community Services Centre (9653-105A Ave)
Programs         Week-long day camps such as swimming, science, games, sports, aquatic activities, treats making, dances, drama, arts and crafts, music etc.
Fees        Ranges from $10 to $35 per week

Remarks:
) F! o: c9 i/ K& B  a1. Must bring along the child’s Alberta Health Care Card, emergency contact number and program fees (cash or cheque only)
4 q; L9 Y! b4 Z0 ?. A$ Z2. 2004 Tax return / Proof of family income (as program spots are limited, please save for those families who are really in need)
# Z2 q5 T9 n. G# j: h# q" ]( r  g3. Each child is limited to 1 to 3 programs per organization
+ B4 V' Q- B% T4. Information on Child’s swimming level when registering for swimming classes
5. Children are not required to be present at the Registration Day
6. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis

Fee Reduction Pass Applications

We will also assist families/individual in need to apply for the Fee Reduction Pass on the same day. Adult/children pass holders can enjoy a 75% discount on admission to City operated facilities and regular price registered programs. Please bring along  all your family members’ 2004 tax returns.
