-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
        implementation of the Summer Camps
0 ~& M' `; N8 k9 d-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
; F! u& K- z# z8 b# q$ {-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

" K9 H7 {8 h  q: |) p7 J: R% UQualifications:
' f; u. {; G/ ~" }-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
2 ], P- i# g! U-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
' Y* G( R! s* Z. v9 |-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
! W7 T. A4 ~" b: M9 B4 j-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
5 ~+ ~) g  p9 K* o3 g& }: K$ V-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
1 c% I6 N( c8 @4 W) _; J4 r        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
1 X+ v% f& n" W7 C& J-        $14.00 per hour
