Responsibilities:
4 O6 E2 o" a  q-        Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the preparation and
7 J) o: j! v2 n4 Y1 _2 S- F        implementation of the Summer Camps
-        Assist with facilitating the summer program
- D9 l  U. C& D2 i5 z-        Assist with preparing final report for funding agencies
! s# W# |8 [2 W3 C-        Act according to the guidance or direction of the Youth Program Coordinator

Qualifications:
-        Post secondary student in Education, Social Sciences, Human Sciences, Early Childhood
        Development, Physical Education or equivalent of experience and education
; K: h  }% @' {( m) x-        Should have some experience planning and delivering recreation programs to children
-        Good coordinating, communicating and interpersonal skills
-        Must enjoy sports and other athletic activities
-        Fluency in English and Chinese or Cantonese
5 A* w2 }3 o, g% {1 u7 o* M-        Demonstrate strong leadership abilities
-        Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-        Returning student (should return to school after summer)
* S7 L9 B0 n1 O/ k  k-        Successful applicants must undergo security and child welfare check at own expense

: V2 Z, q) }- ]Other Information:
+ r% E3 U) z- n' ~; O-        Hours of work: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm (35 hours/week) in May and June (planning)
        and 8:30am to 4:30pm (35 hours/week) in July and August(summer camps)
-        Employment term is May 11 to August 31, 2009

Salary
