6 [& i4 E; m* ]Is looking for a long-term part-time Administrative Assistant, who is a clients' focused and result oriented individual;  

Wage range - $12 - $14 based on candidate's qualification;
Schedule: Flexible Two days/week, 7 Hours/ day between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm;

' M7 \* K) m! L& M! HSkill/Education/Experience required:
! M- n0 |0 |7 h+ Y! z& R- Ability to speak, read and write in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin);
8 ]) c# y" x3 A6 c6 n" M" K. g- Being able to handle stress, process documents and work independantly.
- Paying attention to details;
  R; m8 k: X. K5 r+ o- p- Good time management and organizational skills required;
5 U6 D9 F3 G0 d* {- Post-secondary education preferred;
7 c& c! A) H7 F3 q- previously related office experience preferred;
# p, p! f; ?+ s* S- Willing to learn and walk extra miles;

- Handling phone enquiries, clients' in-person enquiries;
- Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
+ K, l" \7 ^5 d# J- Preparing professional/legal letters, editing, proofreading and sending documents;
( |4 R; b" \3 _; ~! @9 g- Preparing/gathering documents;Record management; Doing research and updating files;
& ]3 P" o* p7 ?6 V- Meeting clients and providing consultation to clients;
