请教关于车辆追尾索赔的问题

请各位高手对我正面临的索赔进行处理指导。

L( g3 E3月7日在雪后天晴、温度回升的下午5点10分左右，我在105ST向北准备转上23AVE的路口，发生了轻微的追尾事故。因该路段属于下坡路段、因温度升高而路面湿滑，我在速度低于3Km/hr 的状态滑向前车，发生了碰撞。当时前车有两人在车上，他们停好车后，很快下车察看了现场，经检查前车后门打开正常，保险杠没事；我的车也正常无事。按他们要求，我提供了我的保险凭证信息及联系方法给对方。同时，我用手机将当时两车的状态进行了拍照，且记录下对方驾驶员的姓名和联系电话。从当时前车两人的状态，可判断出对方人员没有伤害，且对方驾驶员也声称应该不会有什么事，索要保险信息只是履行手续而已。

; J3 c- k* I% L: i, A/ N  C( F今早，接到保险公司索赔电话，称乘客对颈部伤害要求进行索赔。

; w, `% S* q& ^% V请问现在我应该如何处理才能合理地保护自身利益和避免下一年度的保费追加？在事故现场，我应该如何处理才能更好地保护自身权益？ 谢谢！

好像没啥子办法， 是你的责任， 人家说受伤了， 我们明明知道他们可能是想讹你一下， 你也没办法啊。

第一，你追尾别人，这是你的全责。
第二，所有的善后交给保险公司处理。
第三，以后开车小心，雪天路滑不是追尾的理由。
# c4 J& Q% Z/ O# e7 ]; }& V, V第四，不要臆测别人是不是想讹你。谁主张谁举证。你怎么证明别人没有受伤？

赔偿得基于医疗鉴定结果吧。不能他说伤就伤啦。

忘了加一句，被你追尾的车子的后保险杠也许要换了。谁也不能保证出过事故的保险杠还能保持原有的功能。尽管外表看不出损害，你的保险公司可不敢承担日后出事的责任。

% @/ J5 z& t' B还有，如果那辆车子里有孩子的car seat什么的也要换。

1. You premium increase seems inevitable, but it won't be too much if you had clear driving record before.

2. The other party may claim hundreds of thousands dollars loss, but don't worry too much, because your insurance company is not a lamp which saves oil. If they hire an ambulance chaser to make a claim which is way more than reasonable, your insurance company will employ their lawyers to fight back. Don't be afraid if the other party open his mouth wide like a lion.

3. Remember, "Carefulness makes you sail your boat for ten thousand years."

他说受伤回去医生那里看病，这就是为什么在加拿大当医生不容易，医生必须公正。撞车以后，人感觉没事，仍然可以在三个月之内感觉不好到医生那里检查，都是有效的。重要一点，安全驾驶，也不好没有根据说人家。
