The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"
6 F8 ?: c! V9 a' {- G! f; f6 c* T, m4 T/ [0 h% f  A+ H6 A- H2 k
In the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................

ISSUE TWO:FIDO.......2 j1 e; L7 _$ }

5 P: e1 d$ E% m4 p+ z( HIt is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.
# p& H' s( ?$ F* ^+ q* R( @6 l
/ x: Y8 i8 v- cStill now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.1 N5 {# S9 j2 a: k) V9 s3 G7 X4 V

% V1 D" @7 U, g/ l0 F% nBE CAREFUL AT EACH PAYMENT FOR CELLPHONES.! u" v2 W0 `' O4 O+ M

ISSUE THREE:UPS1 a, E! ?* l) C

# r- g  ]3 v. y) x+ `( K% yTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.
3 L7 w! ^4 O3 t& o: q& f5 n. C8 F' a: G% B/ k0 E- Z0 B9 p% l
Last week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK....... e9 L, y5 t4 u4 ?: u
% c  D( u$ e, u9 b& v
TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:/ U3 q' f& e/ v! \1 m3 H$ A- R

, P: D! j+ f! g$ a: B8 Xat 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!

, i+ _# p* _0 |# O" `* `at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.* c# L. w' T& J7 T( n8 G# s
* ?; {' T! S, W6 {' _: u2 P
ISSUE FOUR:BMO
( g( [) s) n, y" ?( m2 S, V. }; F: B( \( I9 H
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

I really learn so much NEW today...................) T0 d$ w+ h; z

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。5 ?* R8 Q& F) A; v% ]
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
# k1 L& y+ X) r3 ?6 |- l5 }! e因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
# O6 z! \/ w) x9 S! \4 Q# \剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!
' ~8 D) w& D3 K& l/ K5 V& u  X也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!5 g7 U, @1 m5 p
再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
) }! y3 Q( ~" L0 {$ }後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator. C% b# Y/ F6 v8 I; d) h
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
- H6 N3 O2 d* }/ }, a" HDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
$ `5 v1 x4 B$ L. ~9 E/ O8 g0 m7 ]1 K! W' K# m& A
最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
% c5 Z4 L! \) y) C9 \(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。/ N# a$ |6 X6 Y: l$ u- v: G
再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?

: `& ?+ d& ]# y8 M在那時候我瞭解到一件事情
3 c; W- E4 l8 O% G0 x( B( m3 T. t就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare7 p  I2 ?% K( w% }
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!& G9 `; [+ e1 k& R
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
0 G0 D2 _5 d$ ~: E7 |" I不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!; M& o% t( ^, k' k5 `* b
日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。
' c8 ^' K1 |6 a; @! _6 q8 _所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了!

# m6 d+ ^6 U/ q+ f+ {/ I/ D' k/ b但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.
2 M: U) I2 U: }! ~: Z" }! j4 }Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing
) l$ d7 L9 _/ y& h5 a' F2 S4 K( c9 F( {& M
不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
