The whole COMPLAIN day in FM....pay attention to each penny !!

ISSUE ONE: CRA........."WAIT"

5 u8 X/ d' f; W* RIn the early morning,phone CRA to ask "whether university health insurance charge to international student can be counted as expense ?" .THE receiver told me "WAIT,call this number:1-800-959-8281"..Then i phoned it.They took more than 10 minutes to discuss my question,said:"WAIT,this number may help:1-800-267-5177".Then i jumped to another number again.I want to confirm my new address here,they said"why not confirm from the tax center?" i said there is no contact method online(St John's).They said"WAIT"Then came back without any phone number:"it took couples of days.You may check two or three weeks later."I got shock"i mailed them last week."Still the word:"WAIT"............................

OK,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,WAIT....................

It is a serious problem that what their customer services said are not the same.Once i moved in and needed to change a new number,they said"NO CHARGE".How ever,i was so angry that "THEY CHARGED ON MY BILL".i phoned them and they modified.MY GOD.

Still now.some customer services said:I am using Edmonton service.But some said i am using Fort Mcmurray.Actually ,before getting the BILL,they did not tell me the fact that there is NO FIDO network provided here.So there is no point that i can benefits from the unlimitted incoming here unless i pay extra fee to enter the ROGER net work.MY GOD.I WILL NEVER TRUST FIDO ANYMORE.  z0 _- C1 }% H

ISSUE THREE:UPS

9 `9 Q, M3 V- b& d' f+ j' VTODAY I WAIT AT HOME FROM early 9:00 am till 8:00pm for my package delivery fromUPS.However,there is no news from them.This is the reason why i cannot go to BIBIL STUDY.This is the second time i wait for the whole day.

7 F0 O4 y5 H4 W/ w0 A: G* m3 YLast week:They phoned me and said"The service hour is 9am to 5pm."Then i waited till almost 5:15pm.Then ran to find friends upstairs,however i got a notice at 6pm when i was back.WHAT THE HELL!I phoned UPS,they said"WE OFFICIALLY WORK TILL 8pm"OK......

TODAY,i wait for the whole day and even phone them at 7pm.Let us see what their explaination:

; \3 n0 N- T) v* Y% [/ Pat 7pm,a customer representative said:YOUR PACKAGE HAS SCANNED AND ON THE WAY....................SO where is it????????????PLease be honest!!!!!
# s8 O  F& o, @' U: x3 Y2 [4 c6 P6 O% w( D. ^
at 8pm,i did not receive anything.They told me:SORRY.WE RESCHEDULED.BUT THEY DID NOT REPLY.I was extremely angry " i checked the package from UPS,i do not care your internal issue.UPS needs to take responsibility.I need to talk with supervisor!" They are a little more serious.EVEN IF THEY TOOK MY PHONES AND GUARANTEE THE DELIVERY TIME ON MONDAY AGAIN AND AGAIN.i am really disappointed..................cannot wait crying.

ISSUE FOUR:BMO; w& [9 F% y! O! U: h$ R: K
0 R. E! |9 D: v  y+ K5 I  Z/ @) ~
BMO is the sad ending for today.They charge me 25 dollars for my statement  balance  is more than  my credit limit on Feb.18th.I  REALLY did not know there is such a rule on that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Another surprising part is ,i asked "IS 18th the specific date to check the statement balance?" He said"WAIT " and YES in couples of minutes.COOL.i learn so many things new in the whole day!!!!

UPS and Purolator

我從Florida搬來的時候,也是用UPS。. O! B, q4 h5 J4 Q8 J
所有UPS的良好時間規定,在這邊都不管用。
4 @/ D3 J0 J( k4 N8 g* h5 q因為UPS在這邊是subcontract to purolator (不知道有沒有拼錯!)
0 F# S- z1 K! K1 v  z+ K剛搬來的時候天天在家裡查行李狀況,等行李,結果等了幾天,也沒有人過來。所以打電話給UPS,結果UPS總說不清楚狀況。明明東西就是在Ft Mcmurray,還可以跟我講在Edmonton or其他的答案!  q# [  `) B8 R" R
也有請UPS再遞送一次。UPS理論上就請Purolator再遞送一次!
! K) F! B1 \+ ^再等一週,結果還是沒有事情發生。剛來時,根本也不知道什麼purolator
& g$ U( l8 _8 _5 c1 A後來是問了另外一家快遞公司,才知道UPS在這邊subcontract給purolator% T3 P5 s; Z8 u. `0 g& r! J( I# ~
有一天上班的時候,剛好看到purolator的卡車,就在那邊等driver問狀況
& z1 e1 Y% y+ _9 dDriver說他們身上沒有電話的,所以你一定要在家等。他叫我最快的方式是自己過去他們公司拿。我有15箱東西,我自己根本搬不動。但是後來發現UPS跟本無法讓purolator再送我的東西到我家。
( ?. U" |# ]0 T% g
" ]2 I0 `) O  V6 O最後我自己去他們公司搬了兩、三箱。看到很多箱子的狀況都是很慘烈,裡面的東西也是!
6 v) r" }1 T3 z(箱子是跟UPS買的喔!) 然後讓同事開著公司的truck再繼續把我所有的東西搬回來。
. Z0 Y* ?2 f: C& ]+ \+ U7 R再剛來的時候發生這種事情真的是夢魘。因為想要找人幫忙也找不到人?
/ B1 b! h" K1 i0 l  y% e3 O5 o1 U+ `0 _3 }5 D
在那時候我瞭解到一件事情" p% U# }& m) e3 g
就是這邊的郵寄服務是一個nightmare" `( g' g7 U/ a; h. E
這件事情,應該大家都有經驗吧!0 l' g- ?1 }$ B( O6 ~8 l* I
對我來說,這是在Ft. Mcmurray最不好的經驗了!
1 v. {* J# _  t+ |7 j3 \' ^不過,話說回來,之後寄東西或是收東西,我就也習慣東西會晚到,所以也就是等!
3 [; l6 e* Y1 u  u' i4 h5 n3 v1 n日子總是要過的嘛!天天哭也是過日子,天天笑也是在過日子。- q5 ?. J/ }. E  p' e! `  t
所以我還是選擇天天笑的過日子好了! & ?8 D( V* ^; s1 E

- u' i+ k% g& V$ r: ?0 n但是我還蠻想要問問,如果要寄東西,哪裡的服務會比較ok?

在网上购物后,隔天查电子邮件order就被取消了,因为是FM没有办法delivery。。。

Call UPS customer service and ask for compensation,  you may get some of your shipping fee back.3 U6 `; {9 J4 T* g; |$ D8 {
Last year I ordered a set of winter tires from the US and used Fedex to ship them, it costed more than $300USD, the shipment was delayed for more than a week, so I called Fedex and complained, they explained that Fort McMurray is a "remote area" and blah blah blah. But they finally agreed to give me full refund for the shipping fee. Saved $300.:)

忐忑不安的等待着nightmare coming。。。等UPS送笔记本电脑ing

不过上次在dell网购后,purolator的delivery还可以,没有耽误。
