Responsibilities:      Processing and cryopreservation of Cord Blood Stem Cells
                     Processing and documentation of laboratory data

                       Maintenance of laboratory equipment

                     Adherence to laboratory safety standards
                     Quality assurance procedures to maintain general good

Requirements:          Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada
+ _, h# H/ d6 K9 I. t/ b                     Good command of spoken and written English
                     Certificate of competence in Laboratory Technology from a recognized Canadian Institution
6 M6 `1 q3 x! o0 X$ g1 s                       or a foreign equivalent Prior experience in a medical or scientific laboratory setting
                       an asset Weekend duty on a rotational basis
Availability   :       Immediate; probational specialized training period of 6 weeks
Salary              :       Commensurate with qualifications and prior experience

Position           :   Laboratory Assistant Part-Time (6hrs. /day)
