请教罚单问题

一年半以前，停牌右拐，没有停住三秒，警察从后面追上来，pull over，吃罚单一张，交了。

前两天上二号高速公路，开到135，警察从后面追上来，pull over，又吃罚单一张，暂时还没有交。

请教：

1。偶是五号初级牌，现在扣点扣成什么样子了？哪里可以查到？

( r9 F, q6 H& Z) r2。如果交了罚单，是否紧接着就要重新考驾牌？还是要上什么AMA的课程？

3。现在可以去考5号高级牌吗？

as we speak, you only have 6 demerit points, therefore you will be eligible to take the advanced class 5

( C& h  S4 Y7 |8 L) T3 D8 n* Lonce your licence is suspensed, no AMA course, nothing can help you to get your licence back but passage of time.
first suspense is 30 days, i believe.
