Restricted Dogs

The City of Edmonton Bylaw #13145 defines a "restricted dog" as any dog:

7 O" o6 @7 h+ C) j0 e- Q: T, q) zThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal causing physical injury and resulting in a conviction under this bylaw
0 i; a7 l1 ~4 o0 C+ w7 JThat has chased, attacked or bitten any person or animal on more than one occasion, with or without causing physical injury, and resulting in separate convictions under this bylaw + Z. U! A0 j4 u3 x
That has been made the subject of an order under the Dangerous Dogs Act : `& L. L( Q# t- X4 l2 y7 h2 o
Certified by an Alberta licenced veterinarian to be primarily of the breed Staffordshire Bull Terrier as that breed is defined by the Canadian Kennel Club
