原油价格不低于40美元，油砂项目就还有利润空间，就看哪家公司有实力能微利经营将这段时间挺过去，完成自己的项目，甚至于收购他人的项目。世界几大石油公司的发家史就是靠这种手段实现的垄断史。但对于靠石油产业生活的人们，包括工程公司，设计公司肯定会受到一定的冲击，但愿所以华人能够躲过这一波。个人观点。

主营油砂的大公司都能挺过这个关卡，毕竟都有雄厚资本甚至政府支持，不过外围企业就困难了。
