Car maintenance questions

I have a sell inspection at a dealership today. The guy suggested me to do the followings:

1. Transmission flush 219.95
5 k5 m4 g4 k# ^2 u1 a; E9 s2. Power steering flush         99.95        
3. Brake flush         99.95
# c& F9 g0 g& M/ J0 M4. Coolant flush 139.95
& C7 D& n# |: }* t2 q5. Major Emission service        174.95
5 j' Y- w& t) ^4 i6. Replace front and rear differential fluid        168.88
, g+ w4 B! J9 f
Do I really need to do all those? Are those prices sound reasonable?

做Major Emission service  ，其他的可以再说，价钱中等

Transmission flush ，如果你变速箱油不黑的话，就不用做；Power steering flush同样，油不黑，没有异味就不用做；Brake flush  要在检测出brake fluid沸点过低，或者3年以上没有检修过刹车系统的情况下才做；Major Emission service 每年做一次；differential fluid 不黑，没有大量金属屑的话，不用换

+ a4 m+ u- L& A. H4 F至于LEASE结束，直接送给车行就完事了。
