The motion made by Councillor Don Iveson requesting $80,000 from the city and for the city to hold all the money in one account is on City Council’s agenda Wednesday October 29. Because of all the other items on City Council’s agenda, it seems quite certain that this motion will happen during the evening section of the agenda which begins at 7pm. Please encourage as many people and as many groups and organizations as you know to attend the meeting which is in Council Chambers at City Hall on Wednesday evening. This is an important opportunity for us to move ahead in a very significant way.
