$ u+ C' A. q, F7 {# d We are seeking a very skilled individual who is well connected to Aboriginal communities, knowledgeable about standards and accreditation processes, self motivated and able to work independently.  

$ i, P- [' ?7 O. f9 [8 XDuties:
# H/ M- H3 e. V% J6 W. I, b•        Provide administrative support to Organizations preparing for accreditations and to Peer Review Teams during the process.
•        Develop and deliver workshops/training sessions to assist organizations to develop or strengthen their capacity to provide excellent programming.
$ t& ?% S' b- J+ ]9 ~3 ?  z  f, l•        Facilitate peer review, team leader training and other related workshops.
•        Assist in the development and revision of standards, manuals, and tools used within the accreditation process.

( _$ O- J& c: J. n4 sRequirements:
. f9 R( X+ j# D•        Able to work with people from diverse background and interests towards consensus.
  b) }* n2 C0 Q  ]* I7 H•        Understanding of adult learning, workshop development and group facilitation.
0 f8 V# G; d" I* [•        Degree in the area of human services;
# O* C% X( d* _$ I' O; s! G; h8 z5 Z$ D•        Able to travel extensively ;
•        Able to work in a team as well as independently;
% K/ Q, [' \( y' ]9 b4 p) G( Y8 l•        Excellent written and oral communication skills;
1 y& M: s4 v5 B) Y•        Experience working in non-governmental agencies and the Aboriginal community;
( q) v5 p, T! ~; K5 O1 S•        Current CYIM, Criminal Record Check, Driver’s Abstract and access to a vehicle.
