•        Drive sales growth in respective geographic regions for New Equipment (industrial cranes).  This includes traveling by car or plane to all customer sites and locations.
( ?' O2 h) X; C1 l2 W•        Provide sales, technical, product and application solutions to customers throughout the assigned territory.
+ S. `$ l" a+ }) i% p$ p- d•        Perform joint or independent frequent calls to end-users to determine crane applications and installations.  This includes field verifications of measurements and other field installation requirements.  ) y% {* o, {. J: A( W. i* M
•        Prepare and perform quotations and proposals as required.  This maybe in the field or in the office.
) W: `$ V" x( F) a- d7 M•        Follow up on potential quotations, projects and update quote log on a weekly basis.

•        Formulate and establish sales action plans, budgets, goals, quotas.5 A( a" D; i3 R0 u2 P( O
•        Ensure pricing levels are within industry levels and competitive.9 a% s: c# N  z  Z
•        Assist in the development of promotional programs, training, marketing materials and sales tools.( T# K8 A* ~4 R$ m0 U1 z

•        Continually appraise company products, policies and procedures as opposed to competitor’s line relative to design, pricing, marketability, etc.  Recommend changes as required. Recommend pricing and product strategy.2 f3 V6 H  H5 _
•        Maintain frequent contact with the National Sales Manager and plant staff. Appraise promptness of order processing, deliveries, technical services and parts, warranty and other customer services.  Recommend changes.9 i! F$ k' t7 o7 l3 \+ t
•        Actively participate as member of sales team.  Attend meetings and training at the office/plant as required.% f* y0 I5 D, `9 c2 @
