EDMONTON - One man is dead and another is in hospital after a pickup truck rolled in northeast Edmonton this morning.
. w3 M1 {( U% o3 H0 A: D3 }Police said they attempted to stop a truck after it stunted, spinning its tires in front of a cruiser, at 139th Avenue and Victoria Trail shortly before 2 a.m.8 h# a$ s6 U( S7 ?. S
Officers lost sight of the truck, but caught up to it about a minute later. It had hit a curb and rolled at 139th Avenue and 23rd Street. The driver was ejected and was killed.2 a: O- L4 M m! ]! x( @3 N
The male passenger suffered serious but not life-threatening injuries. Speed and alcohol are being blamed for the crash. d+ a" M7 _9 k3 B1 P5 I; O
