• Presiding over Students’ Council meetings biweekly
) y' i2 w$ I5 R$ R" h' c) Q• Keeping order within meetings, controlling discussion, and ensuring Councillors and Executives adhere to the agenda
; l. u+ \( q2 G* [$ e7 j: f• Managing meetings according to Robert’s Rules of Order6 m: y% p) V0 _, t
• Maintaining up to date understanding of Students’ Council Policies$ q: T! }) G3 D3 W$ T- @

This position is open to both students of Grant MacEwan College and non-students of the greater community of Edmonton. Interested candidates should have an adequate understanding of Robert’s Rules of Order, and previous experience working in council or board atmospheres.3 n4 v& D3 j& ^) H3 X
