本科，向NAIT递交了申请，想转些学分。请问：转学分，对申请人的毕业年限有没有要求？

5 s/ {& R7 K! S2 U$ D! `我申请了NAIT的Electrical Engineering Technology program， Fall 2005.
! X; H+ A: ?  _
因为我本人在国内就是学electrical Engineering，本科。
有些基础和专业课程原来大学是学过的，所以考虑想申请转一些学分，早点毕业。

& \  P: E- x  l6 k0 u1 i+ O请问NAIT转学分有没有毕业年限的要求？
