Context: Operation Friendship is an inner city agency providing social services to people 55 plus. OFSS operate McCauley Seniors Drop In Centre, provide outreach & referral services, transportation, a housing registry and manage 158 units of housing.

(1) Community Relations Supervisor / Full-Time
, r, [2 u# C: [3 Z+ c+ f8 q, VHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 p.m.
4 X( R  _/ u9 ~/ ^+ U
5 K1 ^! j; i6 V. ?Duties: Supervise and administer a volunteer management program (currently over 800 volunteers); provide community presentations/tours; raise agency profile in community; responsible for agency publicity (newsletters/web page); assist with fund raising & donation drives. Skills Required: Experience in volunteer management & publicity; excellent verbal/written communication skills; own vehicle.

) c+ e6 d! A' x(2) Outreach Worker / Full-Time
, t3 d% `6 S5 m8 o3 y5 d# m' O0 P* vHours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 - 5:00 pm

Duties: Provide social work services to tenants of the agency; Assess, monitor, advocate, refer to community resources. Skills Required: Registration as a Social worker; experience with the elderly & inner city an asset; own vehicle.

(3) Drop-In Supervisor / Full-Time
: |! g# ]% v$ H/ D* dWhere: McCauley Senior's Drop-In Centre
" O; B6 J$ f# u, g. UHours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and 10:30 am-6:30 pm

Duties: Assist in coordinating the day to day operations of the Drop In; Provide recreational programming; Supervise senior volunteers. Skills Required: Relevant experience; Experience with the elderly and inner city an asset.
