+ s' l1 Q& ^6 p" R' H/ SThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
! h- b8 ?5 F6 j- s6 days and 5 nights

Here is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

Price = $510 for CSSA-member (two people / room with 2 double beds)

: p. P& \' g$ e6 i= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)
This price includes:
5 n" `+ G! l) x9 Z, R9 w6 a- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
1 s6 L9 ^/ R8 Z; ?: s- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

. y- h  p4 H/ C) X- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
) \' [8 E8 X# d/ @! p: t8 w  C- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

9 G- o+ `; V! h- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

And in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
