, u( d3 {9 Q  SThe CSSA is organizing a trip to Vancouver and Victoria during the reading week (April 27 - May 2).
6 days and 5 nights

  \4 i, O' y  T- ~3 Y2 aHere is some more information. We just finished negotiating the price with the travel company. The original price they are asking was $540 per person, but now they are willing to give a lower price to CSSA members. Non-CSSA members will be charged at the original price.

= $490 for CSSA-member (three people / room with 2 people stay in one bed.)

- The transportation = Huge Travel Bus, includes gas costs and the driver for 6 days.
* J# h1 u, v) q' q* s- 3 Star Hotel = 5 nights

- 5 breakfasts and 2 dinners
2 c; s8 R; Y% {- All the admission tickets for sight seeing (e.g. the Butcher Garden in Victoria etc.)

- A Tour Guide from Vancouver

% S. M( F+ \! f$ X8 d& o8 wAnd in Vancouver, the Tour Guide and the Driver will collect $20 per person for tips. We tried to negotiate down, but there is no way they’ll accept our proposal. This is an extra cost in Vancouver.
