* Q* u6 C6 F% q) ?Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele
& ^' }5 Z7 j" _& B- S, LResponsible for specialization in workstation image management
Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
) f4 @8 ?+ C! WDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS
( q# _8 g- ^( D" HDesigns, develops and implements MySQL relational databases

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
+ |6 N' ~2 x& YMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
7 {/ Y4 r# {1 J' P$ U, l( n' LStrong analytical, diagnostic, written and oral communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment and under pressure
