* Q* u6 C6 F% q) ?Works within the Network Team to plan, implement, and maintain network services for the University Libraries, supporting the computing requirements of approximately 300 library staff and a wide range of electronic services offered to library clientele

Responsible for system administration of assigned Windows 2000 servers, B5 G3 L9 u7 e; |
Provides help desk and on-call (after hours) support& v9 s; v* O9 u4 r' ?
Works within the Web Team to implement and support web-based applications to provide access to library resources and services and web-based productivity applications for staff8 ~& c9 _5 {8 L3 U$ t0 c+ G
Edits and troubleshoots web content using Content Management System! [; M+ Q& ]! L4 U5 V
Develops programming using Cold Fusion and PHP
) f4 @8 ?+ C! WDevelops user interfaces using HTML, JavaScript and CSS

Two year post-secondary diploma in a technology support program! z& D7 | Q- F9 k
Recent completion of Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
+ |6 N' ~2 x& YMinimum three years experience working in a technology support group for a large corporate network with hands-on experience managing Windows 2000 servers and client workstations) i3 @% u3 I- h1 c' v
Experience implementing and supporting interactive web-based applications using web programming languages and middleware applications (including Cold Fusion, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, CSS and MySQL)
