This position is responsible for: managing/promotion the ESPC Resource Library (including compiling & purchasing resources, retrieving/analyzing reference materials, promoting library materials & services, etc.); consulting with community partners about their social research priorities and needs (helping to inform the creation of new research partnerships and projects).% i% q# P0 W# z8 b7 D
* V1 B* }' A; L" D1 ? PPLUS: assisting with ongoing research projects (in particular, data and information retrieval and analysis, and report preparation) and various other responsibilities including, but not limited to, assisting in website maintenance.& \& j2 g6 r9 N3 Z& X

The successful applicant will: hold a post secondary degree (or related experience) in the social sciences or a related field; have research & analytical skills/experience; possess excellent written/verbal communication skills; be well organized & have confident computer skills.+ |" c6 y& r1 j" T" u' {

PLUS: able to work independently & within a team environment; have a keen interest in social issues & a desire to make a difference through one's work.
