Net loss/gain in listings this week: 169 (174)
Active listings for single family homes: 2625 (2584)

- W: M/ \- l3 V( O/ s! OJust like last week, lots of new listings this week, but the inventory hasn't jumped as much as I thought it might. I still expect to see more listings coming online in the next few weeks, still at a faster pace than sales. Have a great weekend everyone!
