Skills and Competencies:
) ?. A- U% q- h9 U+ f•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
3 P: U8 H: A3 C•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
; i9 n$ v+ V. r* v8 ?9 o3 w6 G2 J•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
& s# i5 Z- t& H+ ~/ z' m, I•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2 Z3 E0 i# i9 J  r! o" y: z•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
5 {4 G* O8 B9 u, |•        Strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
+ ~( N/ S3 F' f( Y8 v0 a* i. S•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system

  ?0 Q, ^# d* K, n% w0 p  h* H•        There are opportunities for travel to various job sites throughout the Americas
