Skills and Competencies:
•        Completion of an Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Technology/Technician college program or university degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, B.Sc. (Eng).
8 o" ?: C0 }0 H2 f4 `•        Competence with utilizing AutoCAD 2000 or higher and Visio is an asset.
( O8 v$ s# u4 q* c•        Extensive knowledge of PC’s, software, networks, Internet related technologies.
% T# I: a: |6 Z! f( o•        Experience in designing and programming HVAC control systems and/or robotics an asset.
2 N( w- S! A) t. E, T$ Z0 ]•        Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•        The ability to interface effectively with clients and contractors.
•        Strong interpersonal skills.
•        The ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
•        Ability to work in a process driven environment.

Responsibilities:
5 e. p% p; N1 `* ^/ b•        Review job contract plans and specifications, survey information, sales sketches, estimates and take-off sheets.  Clearly define requirements prior to starting engineering.
: H8 E( g+ |  X3 Q% s5 x. R•        Design control systems, create control drawings, and determine DDC controller system sequences.
•        Program software algorithms for building automation system
•        Manage personal backlog of projects
