Position Title: Outreach Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)

( K3 D4 x7 _$ V& S: y- promote ISP and other programs and services to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information& @# F2 _% o& f, P% ?
- contact with various media: i.e. newspaper, radio, website and newsletter etc.
& m* w- k4 |) Z& @0 C% [0 ?0 q! ?- update and develop brochures, pamphlets, information packages and newsletter etc.
2 O+ Q4 G- Y/ D e! @- promote, organize and coordinate activities for Newcomers Club as well as recruit and maintain new members for the Club.
% [* w* B# K" Z# K# i2 Q- ISP report writing, data collection, evaluations conduct and budget management.4 d3 {3 G& n( u" w/ T
- assist with volunteer recruitment and other business and services as needed and assigned.! i, V! d c, o, L v8 n

Qualifications:7 A$ }. G' s8 W' z/ D+ p6 y
- post-secondary degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline
3 A5 q! i/ i( B8 F1 H( j% @- relevant experience with community work8 G f+ r$ U. F$ h+ u4 e8 V: L
- Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset

Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)* I' |/ I* [9 Z- @1 H7 o; L5 b

- answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.% z6 t7 @! [+ F

- report to the program manager and provide clerical support to all members of the ISP team! [1 ]9 Q- ?6 F' }6 x

- customer service and office clerical experiences
