Immigrant Settlement Program (ISP) at ASSIST Community Services Centre is currently seeking flexible individuals to fill the following two positions:

Position Title: Outreach Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)
/ O1 ]) J6 z  w  o) J外展服務員
, I% L& _+ u% a" ]Job Description
( K3 D4 x7 _$ V& S: y-        promote ISP and other programs and services to community organizations, businesses, educational institutions, etc. by in-person presentations, phone or sending relevant information
-        contact with various media: i.e. newspaper, radio, website and newsletter etc.
& m* w- k4 |) Z& @0 C% [0 ?0 q! ?-        update and develop brochures, pamphlets, information packages and newsletter etc.
2 O+ Q4 G- Y/ D  e! @-        promote, organize and coordinate activities for Newcomers Club as well as recruit and maintain new members for the Club.
% [* w* B# K" Z# K# i2 Q-        ISP report writing, data collection, evaluations conduct and budget management.
-        assist with volunteer recruitment and other business and services as needed and assigned.

Qualifications:
-        post-secondary degree/diploma in social work/human services and eligibility to be registered to area of discipline
3 A5 q! i/ i( B8 F1 H( j% @-        relevant experience with community work
-        Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
) i8 J# K8 V% e" [9 C
Position Title: Receptionist/Immigration Services Worker (Full time: 35 hours per week)
前台/移民服務員
9 z( P9 ^! C, e+ cJob Description
-        answer multi-line phone calls professionally, politely and directing the calls correctly.
-        assist with providing counter services and act as relieve to the other Immigrant Services Worker
-        report to the program manager and provide clerical support to all members of the ISP team

-        post secondary diploma
-        customer service and office clerical experiences
/ M' N( H! m# ?8 J/ Z-        Fluent in English, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset
