) `) H" }8 K& R" Z8 Y3 N2 pI have a friend who was applying for University of Toronto for a Master degree study. he told a professor there that he had Master degree (same field) in China. then the professor responded him that it did no make any sense to study there for a master degree if you already had one. So he was rejected.
